The Clark Park Outdoor Hockey League is open to males and females ages 4 to 16 at the start of the season. To play in the CPHL all players must register with USA Hockey.
To register, you must do the following:
- Complete
the Clark Park and USA Hockey registration forms
- Bring a copy of your birth certificate
- Pay the $25.00 USA Hockey registration fee
