About Us Our mission is to provide quality recreational opportunities that are built upon diversity, education, social skills, and mentoring programs for our community youth. Our motto is "Clark Park, Teaching Our Youth To Dream". With the help of community volunteers and a small staff provided through the grassroots nonprofit Clark Park Coalition, we are able to provide quality recreation programs that cater to the interests and desires of our youth. We offer baseball, ’s softball, soccer, tennis, basketball, golf, arts and crafts, indoor games, field trips and free summer lunches to more than 100 youth on a daily basis. We have year-round computer programs to train from the most elementary of learners to webmasters. We offer a unique outdoor intramural ice hockey and ice skating program during the winter season that does not exist anywhere else in the City of Detroit. Our main goal is to make sure that the youth of this community are aware of the wonderful opportunities that are available, right here in the community. It is our youth's gateway to fulfilling their dreams!!
